5★ Penina – The Original Home of Golf in the Algarve

We’re excited to host our very first GTH trip to the iconic Penina Hotel & Golf Resort – the original home of golf in the Algarve, and one of Portugal’s most prestigious golfing destinations.

The Sir Henry Cotton Championship Course, which has proudly hosted the Portuguese Open multiple times, offers a classic and challenging layout that promises a true test of your game. Combined with some of the finest practice facilities in the Algarve, it’s the perfect setting to sharpen your skills.

Throughout the week, you’ll have the option to focus your coaching on either the long game or short game, while still receiving well rounded instruction across both. Our aim is to identify your weaker areas and turn them into strengths through focused, high quality coaching.

On the course, this trip is best suited to confident golfers, as everyone will be playing their own ball during each round. We’ll be running a week long eclectic competition, alongside daily prizes to keep things competitive and fun.
